The browser preview is available as soon as your upload finishes. A downloadable MP4 renders separately and its status stays visible in the project. If you request professional editing, we confirm the delivery time in writing before any charge.
Collect the files in Google Photos, Google Drive or a shared folder, then import only what belongs in the montage. Direct contributor links are planned, but are not required to start.
Yes. Your project autosaves, you can save a version before a major change, and you can keep editing the free watermarked project. Any paid studio work is confirmed before you are charged.
Paste a Spotify track link to identify the exact recording, or upload an audio file you have permission to use. The link is a reference only: EverMontage never extracts audio from Spotify.
Use audio you created, music you have permission to synchronize, or a track you have licensed separately. Song suggestions identify titles only and never include the recording or its rights.
Yes. Download the finished MP4 and play it from a laptop, USB drive or phone, so the venue does not need an internet connection. Always test the exact file on the venue equipment before guests arrive.
They are used only to build your montage and are not used to train models. AI analysis is opt-in and uses reduced previews for photo sorting. Your project stays available until you request deletion.
Yes. You can upload, organize, time, comment and preview from a phone. A laptop gives you more room when you are moving through hundreds of photographs.

Ryan began his editing career in Boston. Theo was born in Australia and grew up by the eastern beaches, surrounded by light, music and stories carried across generations. Their paths crossed in Los Angeles more than a decade ago. Somewhere between late-night edits, boxes of old photographs and the lives families trusted them to tell, they realized the best films are not about effects—they are about noticing the right moment. Together they created EverMontage to help clients make high-end, affordable montages without compromising the care, craft or finish.
