Before you choose the photographs
Create a team slideshow that recognizes the whole community
A sports club or community montage can celebrate a season, reunion, awards night or significant anniversary. The strongest story includes the people who keep things going as well as those who appear in the headlines.
Collect across the membership
Invite photographs from different teams, age groups and volunteers. Ask contributors to label events and names, and check the organization's permission requirements before including children or sharing the finished video.
Choose the occasion's structure
For a season recap, move through training, events and final celebrations. For a reunion or anniversary, use eras and community milestones. Include coaches, helpers, supporters and behind-the-scenes work as well as standout achievements.
Make it work in the room
Check the runtime with the event organizer and keep names readable from the back of the venue. Review crests, sponsor logos and sensitive photographs with the committee before the presentation, then test the complete playback.
How many photos will fit?
Six teams contributing ten photographs each create a three-minute sequence at three seconds per photo before titles, clips and transitions. Allocate a little time to every group before adding extra highlights from one team.
